1. Feature
(1). Solid wood lumber: Inner wooden framework should be without drawback such as bark, comply with the standard. The materials
Of appearance should be in compliance with the mark and specification, and the flaw can meet the requirements.
(2). Metal pipe: Using high-frequency welded pipe, the pipe thickness of the stressed part > 1.22mm.
(3). Bedding material: Products such as linen, cloth, brown cloth, and cotton (weaving) meet the health and safety requirements.
(4). Foams: High-resilience foam Sponges are high density rebound foam, sofa feels comfortable
(5). Adhesive: Hazardous material meets the GB18581 standard requirements.
(6). Wood coatings: Hazardous substances meet the GB18581-2001 standard requirements.
(7). Elastic material: The straight of snake spring steel wire (3.0-4.0) mm. Middle concave (or wrapper): The diameter of
Spring wire(1.0-3.0) mm.
(8). Sitting face/armrest surface is genuine leather, the other part is artificial leather.

3. Inspection of sofa
We have our own QC department in our factory to make sure that all our products are in very good quality before ship out to our customers.

4. Quality Control
(1). Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
(2). We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
(3). Every sofa quality checked before packing.
(4). Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
